How do I schedule a Utilization Review?
Send a message to us through the Support Button in your database, this logs your request for our Support team. Don't forget to let us know at which number you can be reached. Once we receive your request, Support will contact you within 2 business hours with a thorough questionnaire to assess your software usage.
The Jumpstart Call is your chance to clear up any questions about the system after you have had a chance to watch our Getting Started Video and try the steps in your database first. We also have a Getting Started Guide to help walk you through the basics.
